I’m Tim, and I’ve been a personal trainer working for top level gyms and in a private capacity for over 5 years. My approach and philosophy, centers around the idea of ‘progression not perfection’ - it’s all about helping you along on your personal fitness journey. step by step.

Lockdown Training
Whilst the gym is open, we are taking our training online too if you’d prefer it. You’d be surprised at just how effective our online personal training is - you still get our first rate tailored advice, support, encouragement and guidance as you complete your workout from the comfort of your own home. Lockdown can be a perfect time to chip away at your personal fitness goals.
